About this Event
As we've been doing for more than 10 years, Felt offers FREE mechanical services for Felt riders who have achieved the goal of getting to Kona!
After all of your hard work and dedication, our mechanical services ensure that your bike is safe and race-ready for your big day.
NOTE (very important): Our mechanics are amazing but there are limits to what they can do with tools and materials on-hand. Your bike must be functioning when you leave home. It should be clean and generally maintained. Our services cover these general basics:
-Baseline safety check.-Brake adjustment.-Shifting adjustment.-Aerobars/Extensions adjustment.
We may be able to install/update certain rider-supplied parts within reason. Ex: a saddle swap.
You MUST have WhatsApp set up on your phone in case we need to connect with you during the service process. Please ensure that your WhatsApp account is configured with the phone number you give during the sign-up process.
