Welcome to FELStival 2026!

Join us for a fun-filled day on Sunday, September 27th, 2026 (RAIN DATE: Sunday, October 4th, 2026) at Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) Paley Early Learning Center, located in Northeast Philadelphia (2199 Strahle Street, Philadelphia, PA). Get ready for an exciting in-person event packed with activities, games, and entertainment for all ages. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a beautiful day outdoors with friends and family while creating lasting memories filled with laughter and joy.

In addition to all the fun, guests will also have the opportunity to take a guided tour of Paley and learn more about the wide range of early learning programs we offer. Discover how we support children and families through our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K Counts, and Head Start programs, and see firsthand what makes FELS such a special place to learn and grow.
