Join us for our 5th Annual FELStival 2026, a FREE community fall family festival on Sunday, September 27, 2026 (Rain Date: Sunday, October 4, 2026) at Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) Paley Early Learning Center, located at 2199 Strahle Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19152.
Bring the whole family for an exciting day of fall fun, featuring food trucks, live music, farm animals, sensory activities, family yoga, children's games, hands-on activities, community partners, and so much more! Whether you're looking for outdoor family fun, engaging activities for young children, or a chance to connect with your community, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
While you're here, take a guided tour of Paley Early Learning Center and learn about our high-quality early childhood education programs, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K Counts, and Head Start.
