About this group…
The Fellowship of the Swing (FOTS) was started out of a true love of bringing smiles to others by offering a range of jazz tunes, from “Uptown Funk” to “In the Mood.” We play big band, swing, standards, and even a little country on request. Our group is composed of mostly amateurs who craft their skills in once a week rehearsals, with a goal of becoming better at each performance. Some of our special events have included Fourth of July celebrations, Christmas gatherings, community events, and weddings. We are looking forward to participating in a couple of festivals soon and are always excited about the next opportunity to share this wonderful music. Most of all, we enjoy each other’s company, and love to see the both old and new friends come together to enjoy this very American art form.
