Experience an unforgettable evening at Epicurus as we present Felix Pastorius in the spotlight — not just as a sideman, but as the visionary bandleader of his own ensemble. With more appearances at Epicurus than any other bassist, Felix is quickly becoming a cornerstone of our artistic family.
The son of legendary bassist Jaco Pastorius, Felix has forged a distinctive voice of his own on the six-string fretted bass. Known for his exceptional technique, adventurous spirit, and tasteful artistry, he continues to redefine modern jazz bass playing.
This exciting new residency sees Felix leading an ensemble of Europe’s top talent:
– Saxophonist Marta Wajdzik, a vibrant and expressive force on both alto and soprano sax
– Drummer Jonas Johansen, a veteran of the Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen Trio and Danish Radio Big Band
– Pianist Rasmus Sørensen, who opens the first two nights with his rising-star energy
– Followed by the legendary Sir Niels Lan Doky joining the group for the final performances

Start your evening in our Upstairs restaurant any time from 17:00 with à la carte dining or a seasonal menu of your choice. When the time comes, you’ll be escorted to the main room for an intimate night of live jazz. Please note: Dinner and concert tickets are booked separately.
Jazz & Drinks
Join us from 20:30 for a world-class jazz performance. Your ticket includes a set number of drinks, which you can choose freely from our menu of handcrafted signature cocktails.
Do linger after the final performance — our bar remains open until 24:00 on weekdays and 02:00 on weekends.
