What is good posture? There are so many ideas on what good posture is. From the Feldenkrais Method perspective, we don’t understand posture being “good/bad,” rather it is “efficient/inefficient” based on what you’re trying to accomplish.
Moreover, we guide people into find better posture within themselves instead of imposing a particular belief. In this workshop, we’ll discuss a Feldenkrais perspective on posture followed by a movement lesson seated in a chair that explores those ideas in our bodies. No prior experience necessary.
