Feldenkrais in Liverpool
About this Event
Join us for a pay-what-you-can weekend of Feldenkrais at 24 Hope Street, Liverpool, led by three local certified practitioners: Paul Wooding, Vicci Riley & WilL Dickie.
Each day we’ll explore three Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons, with a tea break and time to chat, ask questions and find out more about the practice. Mats will be provided but if you have your own you are welcome to bring it.
There will also be opportunities for one-to-one hands-on Feldenkrais sessions before and after the classes. Places for these are limited and first come, first served. They are also pay-what-you-can. To book a hands-on session, please email [email protected] directly.

Time: September 26th & 27th, 10am–1pm
Access: The studio is up two flights of stairs and unfortunately there is no lift.
Come for one day or both, whether you’re completely new to Feldenkrais or already have some experience.
