FEELZEN: Multidimensional flow & Sensory sound bath

What to Expect:

⚡️You'll be offered an Odyssey Elixir at the start of class to get your body and mind ready (Functional mushrooms that fuel mental focus and physical stamina, Adaptogens that smooth stress and support an elevated mood)

🌀We'll move through an all-levels Vinyasa flow - expect powerful and down to earth authentic asanas/postures

🔮And finish the evening with an extended sound bath Savasana that will include chimes, a rain stick, 7-set crystal singing bowls & more

What to Bring:

Your mat, your water

✨Studio will provide blocks, bolsters, blankets, cool lavender towels & some mats!

*Arrive between 7-7:29pm to set up, flow begins at 7:30!
