This expressive form of theatre fosters connection, validation, and self-awareness. 🎨 Guided Art Expression– Through a creative visualization exercise, externalize emotions onto paper, helping you gain clarity, process feelings, and find meaning. 🌀 Embodied Movement– Experience fluid movement-based activities designed to release emotional blocks, enhance body awareness, and create a sense of inner balance.
