Feeling Your YES
A monthly gathering where you slow down, step up, and say yes to yourself and each other
What is it?
A monthly circle where we gather to move slowly, listen deeply, and practice saying yes to ourselves and each other. You bring real struggles, real fears, real pain and explore them in a safe container. Through embodied practices, movement, breathing, and witnessing, you find clarity and steps forward.
What happens?
* Arrival — We arrive, choose a stone or bring your own, write your intention on it
* Grounding — We settle, breathe, slow down together
* Embodied exploration — Piero gently guides us through:
Slow, intentional movement and breathwork -- Boundary exercises and body awareness -- Image work (exploring what's true through our bodies) -- Partner and small circle work (you explore with others, at your own pace)
* Sharing & witnessing — In small circles or the full group, we share what's real: your fears, your blocks, your struggles. Others listen and witness.
* Closing — We gather, you take your stone home to integrate
Who is this for?
People working with fear of touch or connection. People grieving, angry, or in pain. People struggling to set boundaries or say no. People ready to reclaim their power, to feel empowered in your own body and to discover collective strength in community. People who want to slow down and find clarity. Your first step if you're curious about Cuddle Workshops or Intimate Dancing. Experienced people deepening their practice.
Why we gather together:
This is personal AND collective work. We cultivate awareness of our own intuition, boundaries, and nervous system and we do it together. In a world that disconnects us from our bodies and silences our voices, this circle is an act of collective power and healing.
What we commit to:
This is a trauma-informed, consent-based space. I facilitate with awareness of how trauma lives in our bodies, and I create structures for safety, choice, and agency. I'm also continuously learning and open to feedback.
What we ask of you:
You know yourself best. You are the expert of your own body and boundaries. Please honour what feels true for you. That might mean stepping back, taking a break, or leaving. There is no
shame in that. If something doesn't feel right, please let me or a spaceholder know. You are responsible for your own wellbeing.
Our shared commitment:
We can't foresee everything. Healing isn't linear. Sometimes what we need includes discomfort, vulnerability, and working at our edges. We work together with intention, care, and honesty, and we meet each other with accountability when things go sideways.
Bring: Yourself and whatever you're carrying. Optionally, a stone. Feel welcome to bring a snack to share with us: fruit, nuts, homemade bites, cookies, chocolate, anything that feels good.
Wear: Whatever makes you feel relaxed, present and alive.
Feeling Your YES is donation-based.
This circle is my commitment to making embodied healing accessible to everyone. Choose the amount that honours your actual capacity right now. If you're a facilitator or practitioner coming to taste this work, the abundance tier honours the exchange.
Suggested Donation:
€10–€15: Covering your own costs
€15–€25: Supporting yourself + the collective space
€25–€35: Supporting yourself + helping others participate
€35+: Supporting the work, the facilitators, and accessibility for all
Accessibility & Inclusion:
This workshop is LGBTQI+ and BIPOC friendly. I strive to facilitate as inclusive a space as possible where everyone can feel safe and at home. Everyone can participate, even if you have a disability or are ill. This space is wheelchair accessible.
I'm committed to listening to your needs If you have specific needs, please reach out so we can explore together what's possible. Your feedback helps me learn and do better.
Please contact me if you have specific questions or needs!
Timing:
You are welcome for tea and chitchat at 7:30 pm. We start at 8 pm and then the door closes. The evening ends at 10 pm.
About Piero:
Piero uses no pronouns and considers themselves polysensual, pancurious, genderqueer, justice seeker and mystic lover. Piero lives and works in Ghent as a trauma-informed and body-oriented intimacy coach, (cuddle) workshop facilitator and embodied changemaker.
Piero creates a safe, warm and stimulating group environment that invites transformation and healing. Piero wants to inspire people to experience intimacy more consciously and, together, to eliminate taboos, blockades, violence and traumas. Piero dreams of a world in which self-care and self-actualization go hand in hand with love, justice, equality and solidarity.
"I recognise my own privileges and traumas from the past and present and am aware of how they may hurt or disadvantage people. Like everyone else, I have blind spots and am open to feedback, self-reflection and reconciliation. With my life experience I am building a safe, transformational and connective space where you can feel home." Piero Flor
