🧘♂️ All Levels Welcome
In this class, you will receive:
Life changes can feel messy.. new identities, endings, transitions, outside events, grief, or the quiet heaviness that lingers long after something shifts. And for many of us, the hardest part isn’t the change itself… it’s learning how to acknowledge what it’s doing to our body.
This class creates space to do exactly that.
We’ll explore how emotional discomfort shows up physically, why the body holds it, and what it looks like to meet it with honesty instead of avoidance. Through reflection, gentle movement, shaking/tapping practices, and guided sound-supported rest, you’ll be invited to practice vulnerability with yourself.. naming what’s present and allowing your body to participate in the release.
The goal isn’t to “fix” it in one session. The goal is to learn the skills: awareness, acceptance, and embodied tools you can return to in daily life when discomfort rises again.
