About this Event

Honoring the words of T.O. community leader Levana Saxon, "there are issues in your tissues." You are invited to go there! Feel them, listen to what they can teach you, and unpack the layers of knowing and surviving and reshaping that lives under the surface. This is an experiential and embodied workshop, using play, silence, slowness, muscle, tension, looseness, and love.
