The Sparkle Sisters present the Feel Soul Good event hosted at Roots Kava Miami on Thursday, 22 December, 2022 at 7PM.

You can expect a night of yoga, meditation, an open mic, and guided painted session by your hosts.

We are inspired to uplift the community we live in, which means your perspective and expression is anticipated and embraced. We hope that the creative channels we provide through guided yoga flow and meditation allow you to tap into the creative in you so you can share freely on stage during the open mic and through the guided painted session.

This is an opportunity to connect with others and experience the sense of groundedness and ease that kava brings out (if you desire).
