Join Helen from Womankind Yoga for our indoor yoga class for Autumn/Winter. Away from the beach, this class is a cosy and nourshing space for breath, movement, rest and release. Aimed at women, the class offers some focus on supporting yourself through hormonal changes such as the menstrual cycle, post partum, perimenopause and menopause.
The class is scheduled in blocks, on this occasion starting on Thursday, Sept 12 for 7 weeks, with a break for half term on October 31. The cost is £56 (£8 a session).
