Feel Good Fridays: Mindful Mixology with Nourish and Sip

Join us for an evening of mindful mixology where you’ll discover the art of crafting beautiful alcohol-free drinks. Begin with a welcome mocktail before learning techniques in flavour balance, presentation, and garnish. Guided yet hands-on, this workshop is designed to be both educational and enjoyable, leaving you with new skills and recipes to recreate at home.

Ever wondered how to create alcohol-free drinks that feel just as special as a cocktail? This workshop takes you through the art of mindful mixology, from flavour balance to garnish. With a welcome mocktail on arrival and a hands-on session guided by our team, you’ll leave with new skills, recipes, and inspiration to recreate at home.

(All materials and ingredients provided. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and good energy!)

In this interactive workshop, you’ll:
Create two signature seasonal mocktails using natural ingredients

• Learn the art of mindful mixology- balancing flavour, ritual, and wellbeing
• Connect with like-minded guests in a warm, relaxed setting at The Hearth
• Leave feeling inspired, with new recipes and tips to bring mindful drinking into
  your everyday life.

We’re delighted to collaborate with Everleaf, whose nature-inspired aperitifs
complement our mindful approach to social drinking.

• Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. To request a refund, please contact us through the Eventbrite platform with your order information.
• No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, all attendees will receive a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation. We will notify you of any cancellations via the email provided during ticket purchase.

The Hearth is a women's space in Queen's Park (North London) where women can find room for themselves to live, work and feel better. The community of diverse women enjoy full co-working facilities, wellness treatments, a relaxing evening lounge and thoughtfully curated events.
