Welcome to Feel Good Fridays Dance Fitness Classes at Iris Rosa Dance Studio!

Our classes are designed to get your body moving and your spirits lifted. $20 class fees are donations to Seda Negra/Black Silk Dance Company, helping us to present moving performances on stages around the Indianapolis and Bloomington communities!
