Feel Good Flows with Reyna (she/her) is designed to help folks feel more mobile, free, and at ease in their bodies. Classes will include some flow asana, restorative poses, meditation at the end, and breathwork sprinkled throughout. Each class would have a different physical or energetic focus, but still be generally full body, with a little extra attention paid to certain areas.
Cost:
$125 for the 5-week series
$100 for the 5-week series for Unlimited Members

Reyna has completed two 200 hour yoga teacher training programs, and has taken over 400 hours of additional training in Yin, Pranayama, Katonah, & Somatic Movement, as well as having earned her personal training certificate in 2023.
Reyna’s teaching style is focused on empowering students to learn more about their bodies, their practice, and themselves; she wants students to feel inspired to move & practice in the ways that feel most honest to who they are in the moment.
At the end of a class, Reyna wants students to feel empowered in the practice, appreciative of their body, and just to feel a little bit better in general.
