Join me for a calming and uplifting workshop designed to help you feel more open, unrestricted, and at ease in your body—especially through your hips and lower back.
Many of us spend hours sitting—at work, in the car, or relaxing at home—which can quietly create tension deep in the body. Over time, the psoas (a key muscle connecting your spine and hips) can become tight and shortened, often leading to stiffness or discomfort in the low back.
In this workshop, we’ll gently unwind those patterns together.
Using the principles of Trager and Mentastics, you’ll be guided through light, enjoyable movements that invite your body to soften, release, and move more freely—without force or strain. We’ll explore simple ways to bring ease into the hips, awaken the deep abdominal support system, and allow your back to feel more supported and spacious.
This is not about stretching harder or fixing anything—it’s about discovering how good your body can feel when it moves with softness and awareness.
You’ll leave with:
- A deeper understanding of your hips and low back
- Gentle movement tools you can use anytime
- A refreshed sense of lightness, mobility, and comfort.
No experience needed—just come as you are and enjoy the process.
