Southern California fam, I invite you to join us at AwareWolf for a funky wellness experience dedicated to getting you centered, balanced, E L E V A T E D and feeling bomb… BODY, MIND + SOUL.

This event was designed with party people in mind, particularly those who work(ed) in the hospitality industry, live(d) for nightlife, or resonate with the wild unconventional lifestyles (you feel me?) but of course, all are welcome.

A nourishing all-levels yoga class with Elyssa, co-owner and Mama Wolf at Awarewolf
A workshop (led by me) focused on creating a balanced and bomb lifestyle
