FEED TORONTO
Join us in keeping Toronto's homeless and at-risk youth fed this winter.

Dec 14th 2025 - 12pm to 3pm
The Henley Room (1225 Lakeshore Blvd. West - at the Argonaught Rowing Club)

The Plan

On December 14th, Toronto will gather for the annual Feed Toronto initiative.

Participants will meet at The Henley Room for a day of giving, fun, and teamwork to do something that meaningfully impacts others in need this winter.

Join Jay and Luciana on Dec 14th for a special event with a beautiful intention.
We will be gathering together to prepare 500 MEALS to distribute around the downtown core to our local homeless and fellow humans in need at community centres.
All of our food is donated by Pumpernickel's Catering, Food Dudes and Provisions.
All food items are high quality, and balanced in nutrition to create healthy and hearty meals. All of our packaging / utensils are biodegradable to ensure a minimal environmental impact.

We will also be collecting specific winter items that you can bring to the event or drop off at the venue the week of the event.
Items for the homeless: blankets, sleeping bags, hand warmers , gloves and hats.
Items for at risk community : winter coats, gloves, scarves, socks, hats (kids and adults)

Simultaneously, through our Family Fund, we are sponsoring FIVE Families from high-risk neighbourhoods who are in serious need.
We are collecting additional donations for our sponsor families as well at checkout and on our Go Fund Me page. If you cannot make it to the event but still would like to support out Family Fund, we ask you to donate at the ticket link to support these families in need.

To participate at the in person event, each participant contributes $25.00.
This covers costs of supplies AND is your donation to our Family Fund. You may donate more if you choose to.

Schedule
11:30AM - Doors Open (arrive on time so we can begin right at 12PM)
12:00PM - Welcome + Intentions
12:10PM - Movement with Jay
12:30 PM - Sound Meditation with Luciana
12:45PM - Meal Prep (Group 1) / Snack Break (Group 2)
1:15PM - Meal Prep (Group 2) / Snack Break (Group 1)
1:45 PM - Break out into street teams + Debrief on distribution
2:15 PM - Street Teams begin to go to locations for distribution

* Please let us know in the check out if you have a car and are willing to transport food and volunteers to our street locations. Thank you!

3/4PM street teams return to the venue with any left over items.
