This year, Feed the Femme kicks off this February by feeding the soul — through joy, creativity, and reflection.

Join us for a Soul Collage® Experience, an uplifting and creative practice that invites you to explore what’s alive within you using images, words, and intuition. No artistic skill is required—just curiosity and an open heart. As you create, insights and strengths often surface in unexpected ways, offering clarity, encouragement, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself to help guide you through the year ahead.

Supplies Needed

The Supply list is similar to a vision board in materials, but very different in intention and process. Tracy will provide the boards. We will need additional supplies, so attendees are invited to bring their own and extra to share.
