A monthly collaboration with South Australia’s finest renegade wine makers.
First to the series is VHS WINES - wines inspired by travels in Japan and finding home in Kuitpo South Australia. VHS wines bring a breath of fresh air to the industry, blazing trails and paving ways for young wine makers world wide.
These specially curated wines will be paired with a secret menu by GANG GANG, Inspired by staff meals + comforting nostalgia. Bringing back classics in a different way.
