We would like to introduce this wonderful opportunity to share with your High School Students who might be interested, this is a great way to gain free training and a head start on their construction career. TAFE NSW is offering a Statement of Attainment in Prepare to work safely in the construction industry – WHITE CARD FREE!Eligibility: Students need to be 17 Years Plus and Still at School.
Delivery: 6 hours face-to-face delivery, at your school or a TAFE Campus (from 9:00AM to 3:00PM).
Maximum: 20 Participants per group
Minimum: 12 Participants.
Please note we can combine schools if there are reduced numbers.
Brief information about this training:
You'll need to obtain a #WorkCover NSW WHS Induction Training White Card before you can commence work on any construction site in NSW.
This course will ensure you meet the general level of work health and safety training for the construction industry. This white card course will teach you the health and safety legislative requirements of construction work, construction hazards and risk control measures, health and safety communication and reporting processes, and incident and emergency response procedures. Upon successful completion of the course, you will obtain your Induction Training White Card NSW so you can legally work on an NSW construction site.
