FED: The Revolution of Art and Fashion

Please join us at FED - like TED talks, but you also get fed! Prepare to be part of a creative revolution led by Sergey Kir, the visionary New York artist and designer whose groundbreaking New York Fashion Week shows have amassed millions of views on YouTube and captivated global audiences. Kir will bring his transformative vision to his FED Talk, as well as presenting an art exhibition and fashion show. Models will not just walk the runway—they will become living works of art, wearing Kir’s designs and carrying his paintings as well as other surprise designs.

The evening will also weave together experiential and interactive components of dialogue with the fashion models, and a creative four-course meal and wine paired with the themes at hand.

FED is a nonprofit organization that generates dialogue and connection through a serendipitous combination of people, food, ideas, and art, animated by the Jewish values of hospitality, openness, dialogue, and inclusivity. This event takes place on Friday night, which is Shabbat, the Jewish Sabbath. We believe that breaking bread and enjoying art together in community is the perfect way to elevate this special day and creatively make the Jewish tradition our own. Everyone of all faiths and backgrounds is encouraged to join us in this process of that shared experience.

Sergey Kir is a Ukrainian born American digital artist, graphic designer. He is known for using various mediums in creating socio-political works that make cultural and social commentaries on existing discourse and pop culture. British art gallery recently called his Abstract Series as “revolutionizing abstraction”. Kir is credited with launching a new movement of Conceptivism, which had an inaugural exhibition at Agora gallery – Unbound Perspectives in 2016. In 2023, Kir revolutionized the art and fashion worlds by debuting his art exhibitions on fashion runways, reshaping how creativity is perceived in both industries. His groundbreaking shows were viewed by over a million people, making a lasting impact on audiences worldwide.

Kir was born in Zhytomyr, Ukraine and currently resides in New York.
