The Shire of Wolfscairn is once again hosting our Stafnbui Tournament (Heavy Tournament) as well the Stabnbui Tournament (a Steel practice tournament).
This event usually has about 15-20 people who attend.
The current holder of the shiny Stafnbui medallion, Sir Gawain Velimere will host combat at the barrier with matched weapon styles. Bring hand protection. Some loaner gantlets will be available.
The current Stabnbui champion, Duke Christopher of York, encourages participants to try different weapons OTHER than longest rapier. The format is round robin, with an additional point given to the person with the shortest weapon. So bring arming swords, side swords, broadswords, or even daggers.
Viscountess Audrey of Fox haven has declared the CraftNBui to be a wreath of Athena style competion where members of the populace vote for their favorite. Bring an Art and/Or science and compete to be named CraftNbui
Along with the tournament, there will be opportunities for practicing field heraldry, marshaling, and lists-running. The perfect no-pressure place to try new things!
Join us for a day of learning, fighting, and fun, as we help each other improve.
Lists open at 10:30 and close at 11:15. Fighting to begin shortly there after. CraftNbui voting to begin once fighting has begun.
