Come join us for an evening of self-love and connection at Hanai in February. This Sistership Circle is about softening into what is already showing up for us. It's understanding the power of noticing and allowing what is waiting for us to acknowledge. We will co-create a sacred, peaceful container and settle into each of us being our true, authentic self, to be seen, heard and acknowledged. We invite you to slow down and take a nurturing pause with us. Nothing for you to do, this is your time to be you and supported. Just showing up is all that's needed for you to enjoy this space of love and acceptance.

In February, we are turning toward the source of desire itself — the heart — and the quiet wisdom within every one of us.

Self-love is often misunderstood.
It’s not pampering, techniques, or improvement.
It’s remembering who we really are, and treating ourselves with the same tenderness we offer others.

Many women spend years tending to partners, children, parents, careers, and community… often without being taught how to care for themselves. Louise Hay, in You Can Heal Your Life, points us back to self-love as the foundation for healing, receiving, and thriving. Her work was pivotal for me during my first JoyRide and continues to guide me today.
