This Women’s Moon Journaling Circle is offered for women and women-identified individuals seeking inner exploration within a supportive community. Each month, we’ll delve into different themes in a safe space that fosters connection and deep reflection. The purpose of the circle is to harness the celestial energy of the moon—using it to support our intentions, release what no longer serves us, and manifest our innermost goals. Traditionally, the full moon is a powerful time to let go of what no longer serves us, while the new moon offers a potent opportunity to manifest our desires and transform inner goals into physical realities. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal, pen, and any tool supportive of inward connection like crystals, essential oil, etc.

About your Facilitator

Wendy is a long-time participant in Women’s Circles and offers this gathering with the intention of bringing together women from diverse backgrounds to connect, reflect, and grow both individually and collectively. Through her own spiritual journey, which includes attending retreats and completing yoga and meditation teacher trainings, Wendy has experienced the unfolding of deep inner wisdom and guidance. This circle is offered recognizing the importance of connection through intentional gatherings and community. Wendy holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Yog Rishikesh Yoga School and a 500-hour yoga and meditation teacher certification from Hridaya Meditation Center. She is currently pursuing an MSW at SUNY Albany.
