Join us for an exciting evening of relaxation and creativity at the February Missfit Mixer to indulge in a salt room meditation and art activity! Caitlin Elizabeth, owner of CaitSpace LTD is a Certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner who offers workshops and one-on-one sessions that merge artistic expression with mindfulness, promoting self-discovery through creativity. She created CaitSpace Ltd almost two years ago and teaches healing art for several recovery organizations. She is the Director of Healing Art and manager of the Seva Program at Edenology Holistic Wellness and helps us get in touch with our own self-discovery!
A message from Caitlin:
"As far back as I can remember, I have felt drawn to the arts. Regardless of the medium, I feel deeply connected to figuring out the meaning behind every art piece. As an adult, I struggled with varying hardships and insecurities, trying to figure out who I am. I found the answers I was seeking, in large part, through art and the creative process. Art made such a positive impact on my healing journey that I knew I had to create a way to make that experience accessible to everyone. By mid 2023, I decided to begin my journey of becoming certified as a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, as well as a Peer & Family Recovery Specialist. Art is my passion, and my life's mission is to leave a legacy of love and creativity."
