Carmela serves as the Training and Operations Manager at XM Performance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a certified TTI Consultant. With diverse experience in corporate environments commercial construction a family-owned electrical contracting firm and roles as a teacher mentor coach and mother of six now-grown children Carmela understands the intricacies of the small and medium-sized business (SMB) world. Her genuine passion for developing talent and tackling challenges enables her to deliver impactful training for leaders in various industries.
