Lance is a founder and managing member of Turris Group LLC a premier real estate investing company in Lincoln Nebraska established in 2013.His primary responsibilities include real estate acquisitions, private money lender relations and project management. he has managed over 100 projects and grown the private money lending side of the business from start up to a substantial portfolio.
His primary goal is to bring exceptional value to private money lenders, home buyers and both residential and commercial tenants.
Originally from North Platte, He moved to Lincoln to attend the University of Nebraska where he met his wife Lisa. He graduated from UNL with a degree in Advertising, Marketing, History and
Psychology. He and Lisa have two children, Jordan and Lauren who are both successful in their own careers as well as being involved in the family real estate investing business.
He enjoys pickleball, painting, and water skiing when he can get away for a couple of days. His hobbies include table top gaming, collection vintage comic books, and enjoying craft beers with
friends. He is also a partner in a local hobby/game store.
