Tuesday, February 27th will be our next guild meeting. For me, I set a goal to improve my posture, especially while sewing. This month we will be evaluating our body mechanics and looking at exercises we can do to help us protect our back, neck, and body as we work on our projects. The speaker, will also demonstrate fitness for active aging adults, exercise for seniors, stretching and the importance of staying healthy.
