Fall in love with art at February Gallery Walk—Sweet Art, a Valentine-inspired celebration of creativity, connection, and a tradition that has brought art to downtown Hot Springs for more than 36 years.
On the first Friday of every month, local galleries open their doors to showcase new exhibitions by both established and emerging artists. From painting and sculpture to photography and mixed media, Gallery Walk offers something for every taste—and February adds a little extra sweetness.
? Sweet Art Stamp Card Promotion
Pick up a Gallery Walk stamp card and collect stamps as you visit participating galleries throughout the evening. Guests who receive stamps from eight different Gallery Walk locations may submit their completed card for a chance to win a $250 Gallery Walk gift certificate, redeemable at any participating gallery. The winner will be drawn the following week.
Whether you’re planning a date night, a night out with friends, or a leisurely stroll through downtown, Sweet Art is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s season while discovering local art and galleries.

Blue Donut Gallery – 430 Valley Street
The Blue Donut Art Gallery, one of the newest additions to the Hot Springs art scene, presents “Artist David Malcolm Rose: A Retrospective.” David’s lifetime achievements include exhibitions at the prestigious Louis Meisel Gallery in New York’s SoHo District. Open until 8 p.m.
Justus Fine Art Gallery – 827A Central Avenue
The February exhibit features work by Mark Blaney, Kristin DeGeorge, Robyn Horn, Dennis McCann, Sammy Peters, Dolores Justus Reuther, Sandra Sell, Gary Simmons, Katherine Sixbey, Gene Sparling, Elizabeth Weber, Steven Wise, and others.
American Art Gallery – 724 Central Avenue
Featuring a Disney Mickey and Minnie Sweetheart Café canvas. Valentine’s Day gift items include horsetail pottery by Native Works, exotic wood turnings, Southwest jewelry by Ernie Bolieu (20% off), and original paintings by local, regional, and national artists.
Collective Arts Gallery – 620 Central Avenue, Suite 2B
Home to more than 60 local artists. Enjoy art, live music, wine, and snacks. Located above the post office, with elevator access at the rear of the building.
Artists’ Workshop Gallery – 610A Central Avenue
This 36-member co-op gallery presents its annual All-Member Featured Artists exhibit, showcasing paintings, drawings, collage, fiber, photography, mixed media, ceramics, glass, and jewelry.
All Things Arkansas – 610 Central Avenue
James Hayes blown glass, as well as pottery and paintings by local artists.
Wrapped Gift Boutique – 404 Central Avenue
Hosting Justin Miller from Leather & Lumber with his baseball glove wallets and, also, local artist Alison Parsons, featuring her latest original paintings, prints, and note cards. Wrapped also showcases 501 Candle Company crystal candles and blown glass by Riley Art Glass Studio. Open until 9 p.m.
Aqua – 340 Central Avenue
Featuring art by local artists Alison Parsons, Lori Arnold, and Carrie Gaston, along with handmade wallets by artisan Justin Miller and Arkansas-owned Wolf & Willa handbags. Open until 9 p.m.
Circle Gallery at Emergent Arts – 341A Whittington Avenue
Celebrate Chinese New Year with beautiful paper lanterns.
Dryden Pottery – 341 Whittington Avenue
Continuing to show paintings by Dr. John Zubro whose work was inspired by the artist Gustave Dore’ among others. Zubro has mastered a style of 'etching' using a blank iPad screen as a canvas upon which he applies many hundreds - sometimes thousands - of white lines, the totality of which produce the final image that he then has printed out on canvas.
