Join us on Friday, February 6th, for an energizing First Fridays as we welcome Barry Schrock, an award-winning keynote speaker, leadership trainer, and performance coach.

Barry is an expert in strengths-based performance development, individual coaching, and building high-performing teams and organizations. Known for his authentic energy, passion, and humor, he delivers engaging experiences that spark real personal and professional growth.

With more than 33 years of experience studying high-performance leadership and mindset, Barry has trained and coached thousands as a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and executive coach. He is a Globally Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Indiana University, and has received multiple honors, including the 2019 Community Builder Award for the state of Indiana.

Barry currently serves as VP of Learning & Development at STAR Financial Bank and owns Finder Squad, LLC, where he helps leaders and teams unlock their potential and drive organizational excellence.
