The February Chapter Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 8th at the Fort Myers-Lee County Garden Council Building, located at 2166 Virginia Avenue, Fort Myers. The meeting begins with a MINI-SHOW at 1:30 PM and our business meeting and program at 2 PM. The February meeting program will be "Gardening for Bees" presented by Florida Master Gardener Volunteer Wendy Sprague. You will not want to miss this informative presentation by a very knowledgeable gardener with experience in vegetable and herb gardening, flowering shrubs and trees and most importantly BEES! Our monthly presentations on The Insect of the Month and Root Development will also be featured.
If you are bringing blooms to enter in the mini show please make sure that you arrive early enough for your blooms to be prepared and entered promptly at 1:30 PM. We will also have raffle plants to give away. The chapter will provide water and soft drinks - bring a snack to share! Mark your calendar now for this informative meeting.

New and improved parking will be available behind the Garden Council Building on Larchmont Avenue. The street has been repaved and paved parking and sidewalks are now completed at the rear gate entrance to the Berne Davis Gardens.
