A morning to connect, reflect and dance your A$$ off! Slip into your comfy dance attire-workout clothes/disco pants AND bring your boogieheart. We will start with meditation, intention setting and a poem and move into 60 minutes of dance to classics and EDM. Feel your joy rise in community with others and then carry your boogieheart out into the world. No-host food and beverages available at Fluid510. See below for more information.
