Step into the smooth, stylish world of Balboa with Luc and Christianna! This class focuses on building strong fundamentals while introducing the relaxed, elegant feel that makes Balboa such a joy to dance.You’ll work on essential footwork, pure Balboa connection, and comfortable close-position movement, all while developing confidence navigating the floor with ease. From there, you’ll layer in simple variations that grow naturally from the basics and highlight Balboa’s subtle, playful charm.
Perfect for brand-new dancers or anyone looking to strengthen their foundation or explore another branch of swing. No partner required — just bring your curiosity and love of movement ✨
Your class fee includes free admission to our Practice Dance that starts at 8pm right after class! Let’s practice those new moves!
Class run from 7pm-8pm, every Tuesday
This is a series class. Please plan to come the whole month!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure time for parking and shoe changing.
Please bring clean shoes that won’t track in grit or leave black heel marks.
Parking is limited; plan to park on nearby streets and walk to the North Star Hall at 20 Crowley Street.
