About the Speaker:
Matthew Cael, CFS is an accomplished food scientist with over 14 years of experience in technical sales and research and development. He earned his BS in Food Science from Texas Tech University and his MS in Food Science from Louisiana State University. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with clients on projects aimed at enhancing flavor, color, taste, and texture across the food industry. Previously, he led food innovation and technology for Latin America and Iberia at Pizza Hut, working with franchisees in 32 countries on initiatives ranging from new product ideation to the development of frozen dough factories. Currently, he serves as a Senior Account Manager – Technical Sales for GNT USA LLC, a market leader in food colorants made from fruits, vegetables, and plants, where he guides customers in selecting and implementing innovative color solutions for their products.
