February 20th Nonprofit Network

Please join us on February 20th from 9:00am - 11:00am at the Texas Life Annex for the February Nonprofit Network session!

*Please note, the presentation is from 9:30-11:00 am and the remaining time is for networking.

SESSION DESCRIPTION

At the February session, Attorneys Cris Houston and David Schleicher, will help us check out some great resources for employee handbooks and how they sometimes can be turned from your shield into an employee’s sword.

PRESENTED BY

• Crisarla Houston is a Harvard law school graduate who has also taught law school classes, served as the Compliance and Equity Officer for one of Waco’s largest nonprofits, and is currently the CEO of a local nonprofit that helps disadvantaged small businesses obtain loans.
• David Schleicher is a former president of the Waco School Board and has among his non-profit clients Waco Habitat, Communities in Schools, Waco Family Medicine, Hispanic Leaders Network, the Farmer Veteran Coalition, and The Australian Shepherd Club of America.

• 9:30-11:00 - Presentation

• There will now be a table dedicated to flyers and announcements at each Nonprofit Network session! You are welcome to bring flyers to place on this table but please pick them up after the session.
