Join your local AZ APHON chapter for an evening of delicious food and education on Palliative Care presented by Dr Allie Uber of Phoenix Children's. Sign up early as there is limited seating. Local AZ APHON chapter members have the opportunity to RSVP first and then it will open to associate or non members. Please only sign up if you are able to commit to attend as it will take a seat from another person. The cost of the ticket goes towards your local chapter dues therefore there will not be reimbursement. We look forward to seeing you all there!
