We are doin something a lil different for our February Meetup!
We are proud to be hosting "Memory Bloom" by
John Slye alongside our regular meetup!
John, former COS artist, will conduct a series of participatory exercises focused on memory! The space in which these games are played will be filled with multiple inflatable structures modeled on the human hippocampus which will connect participants' directly with the theme of reconsidering, restoring, and reworking one’s memory.
NBCBC discussion will follow with the question of how we can untangle and reframe our relationship to technology so as to better navigate the cultural, economic, and political terrains that are rapidly being redefined by computational logic.
