Theatre School Of Scotland present: 2 DAY FILM/TV INTENSIVE. This masterclass will be hosted by TSOS Principal Reece Donnelly & special industry guests, TV and Film Actress Claire Dargo and Leading Children's Talent Agent Katie Louise Rutherford.


When? 14th-15th Feb 2022


Where? Theatre School Of Scotland Studios, 41 Stockwell Palce, G1 4HS, Glasgow.


Time? 9AM - 3:30PM (Early drop off / late pick up is also available)


What does the course cover?

An intensive two day course covering Acting for TV/Film/Commericla skills. This includes:

- Audition preparation

-TV/Film techniques,

- Self-tapping skills,

- Character development skills

- Cold reads & script preperation skills

- Emotion / Movment on camera

- Hitting your mark

- Eyeline

- Industry professional lecturer REECE DONNELLY

- TV and Stage Actress CLAIRE DARGO

- Leading Children's Talent Agent KATIE LOUISE RUTHERFORD

-The chance to watch your work back on screen with honest feedback from a team of professionals. This will be emailed out post course.


Who can attend?

This course is open to children from age 6 -age 21. (Please note the course will be split within age groups) Please note you do not need any experience in acting for TV/Film but a keen interest in the subject and can do attitude.


Reece Donnelly - Scottish Actor / Principal Teacher //

BA(Hons) in Acting & Drama The University of Sunderland.

Reece has been in the industry since the age of 6 securing a TV role with CBBC, it has been a constant journey since then working professionally on projects like: Carrie & Davids Popshop(CBBC), Waterloo Road (BBC), Citizens Theatre, Pavilion Theatre, Happy Days UK Tour (Scottish Leg), T-Mobile (Commercial) - Reece also has an background as a voice over artist for clients like NHS & Nickelodeon. Reece was a listed as finalist at the YOUNG SCOT AWARDS for the ''Arts'' Category by the Sunday Mail/STV for his contribution the performing arts industry in Scotland.

His commitment to training and teaching TV/ Film & Theatre skills to kids is outstanding. The balance between professional training and having fun is something which is mastered completely at Theatre School of Scotland. The talented acting coach and agent has students featured on CBBC, BBC, Disney and many more.

Claire Dargo - Stage and TV Actress //

Rose Bruford Drama School & National Youth Theatre.

Claire has been in the industry from a young age and during her time at NYT, appeared in the 40th Anniversary Gala at Piccadilly Theatre London; Kissing Angels – BAC & George Square Theatre; They Shoot Horses, dont they? – George Square Theatre & Shaftesbury Theatre London.

Katie Louise Rutherford - Leading Children's Talent Agent //

BA (Hons) Drama and Dance RCS.

Katie established KR Management as having been a working young performer herself, she saw the opportunity to support young performers and their parents through the entertainment industry. Katie trained in both Drama and Dance from a young age, as a teenager she trained at some of Scotland’s top institutions.

Katie believed that her true passion was to perform, that nothing would beat the thrill of performing on set or live on stage until she found agenting. Realising this was exactly where she should be, to inspire and bring opportunities to deserving young talent. “Watching little faces light up as goals are being achieved with a little of our help is indescribable”. Katie loves working alongside business partner and good friend, Reece Donnelly as they search and negotiate the best opportunities for their clients.
