The vision of Feast of Esther is God given and it encourages fellowship, prayer, renewal, growth and development for women who are; Female Founders, wives of National Leaders, Wives of church overseers, Female CEOs of Christian organizations, Wives of CEOs of Christian organizations, Female Country coordinators/Ambassadors/Councillors/Mayors and TDs, Female Bishops, Wives of Bishops/ArchBishops. Part of the mission is to develop excellent leadership skills in women who are called to support, stand, influence and impact the nation with a focus on heaven consciousness and nation building. This will also be a unique opportunity to meet and engage informally with other female leaders .
