About this Event
The whole week leads here, and this shift carries it home. On Saturday, October 3, Bowls & Spoons becomes a free community meal, and Shift 3 is where we serve, celebrate, and close the day together.
Feast Makers help serve the meal, support the closing celebration, and then handle tear down, tables, tents, and chairs down, trash and recycling to our dumpsters, kitchen cleaned, and unsold items stored for next year. You'll work side by side with neighbors and the City Food Studio team. No experience needed, just bring your hands and your good energy.
This is a volunteer opportunity, an invitation to come help make the feast happen.
Good to know: Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you can work in. Expect lifting and cleanup at the end of the shift. Water and snacks provided. Questions? Reach out to the City Food Studio team before you register.
