About this Event

This September, we’re hosting a special farm-to-table dinner highlighting pasture-raised lamb and beef from right here on the farm, freshly-picked organic veggies, and perfectly paired wines featuring guest Chef Kurt Dammeier.

You’ll kick off the night with a guided walk through the fields alongside our Director of Agriculture, Eric Popp—he’ll share how we grow and graze with care in the heart of the Snoqualmie Valley. Then, settle in at the table for a multi-course dinner crafted by Dammeier and inspired by the season. This is your chance to meet the folks behind your food—our farmers, chefs, and local partners—and savor the last bits of summer in the fresh air. Come hungry, curious, and ready to connect!

Dinner will feature a set menu highlighting peak-season ingredients. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions when possible, but minimal substitutions may be available.

About Chef Kurt Dameier: Born and raised in the Seattle Metro area, Kurt was introduced at an early age to the unique, rich character of artisan foods. For over ten years, Kurt has been influencing the Seattle food scene, first through his purchase of Seattle favorite Pasta & Co in 2000, where he changed all of the ingredients to be pure and all-natural, and then through in 2003, which remains Seattle’s only cheesemaker while becoming nationally recognized for its artisan cheeses and cafe menu items. Through his creative food company and its extrodinary brands and restaurants, Dameier continues to center his mission of creating delicious food, free of harmful additives and preservatives.
