The Alliance for the Arts invites the public to indulge in an extraordinary culinary experience at the second annual Feast for the Senses Fundraiser on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the newly renovated Alliance for the Arts campus, located at 10091 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, FL.Experience an enchanting evening blending fine dining with performance art, Feast for the Senses brings together five of Southwest Florida’s most innovative chefs for a curated, five-course dinner, with each course designed to highlight one of the five senses. Guests will enjoy an immersive evening of elevated cuisine, live entertainment and unexpected delights.
This magical event, curated by Pamela Beckman of BONSOIREE, whose vision brings together bold flavors, vibrant visuals and immersive sounds, from the feel of caviar gracing your palate to the lively pop of corks, every moment will be an unforgettable fully sensory experience.
“While working with Michelin-star chefs at the Naples Winter Wine Festival every year is an incredible honor, I wanted to create an event that spotlighted the remarkable culinary talent found right here in Southwest Florida,” Beckman said. “That vision came to life in 2025 with the launch of the first Feast for the Senses, benefiting the Alliance for the Arts.”
The concept returns this year with five acclaimed chefs collaborating to prepare an exquisite, five-course dinner, each course designed to dazzle one of your senses during a truly unique evening. Proceeds from the event will support the creation of a dedicated culinary arts space at the Alliance for the Arts, envisioned as a hub for culinary demonstrations, children’s classes, wine tastings and onsite catering.
“Feast for the Senses is a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the arts and highlights some of SWFL’s most creative chefs, all while helping to raise money for important local arts programming,” said Neil Volz, Executive Director of the Alliance for the Arts.
The event will be hosted by NBC2 news anchor Kellie Burns and will feature live entertainment by Hot Club SRQ, a gypsy jazz ensemble known for its high-energy performances. Wine pairings for each course will be curated by local celebrity oenophile Gina Birch.
