Join us for Fearless + Female: Self-Defense for Women and Girls at Joy Lab Fitness on Wednesday, July 29, from 1:15–2:45 PM. Open to women and girls ages 11 and up. Perfect for moms and daughters, girls heading to college, teens, grandmas, aunts, and friends.
Cost: $30 per single participant or $50 for a mom/daughter combo — mom, grandma, aunt, or trusted adult welcome.
Every participant receives a Stabby Kitty tool.
This fun and empowering class will teach practical, woman-friendly self-defense skills every girl and woman should know — what to do if you are grabbed, knocked to the ground, approached from behind, or feel like you are being followed.
Space is limited so each participant can get hands-on instruction.
