MATERIALS
To ensure you receive handouts, etc. prior to or after the meeting, email me at [email protected] with the subject line FemFI participant.
I'll be sending a lot of the content, to keep the session more interactive. That way we can spend our time together doing hands on activities and sharing thoughts, insights, and experiences with one another.

How in depth we get will be determined, at least in part, by the level of knowledge, interest, and/or comfort of those who attend.
SCHEDULE
The two hours will include about 10 minutes for getting settled in, and getting to know one another.
The training and activities will take up 90% of the time. You will have an opportunity to ask me questions before I leave.
COST
At this time, the events are free. There is a suggested donation of $5 - $20. Donations can made in person, at the event, or through Venmo (@ChrisElleDove).
WHAT TO BRING
I'll be providing what is needed for the activities, but you may also want to print and bring material I send ahead, as well as a notebook and/or laptop.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Workshops are BYOB (non-alcoholic) and BYOS (something that won't make your fingers too sticky).
