FAIRFIELD CENTER STAGE announces upcoming production of Music Theatre International’s All Together Now!: A Global Event Celebrating Local Theatre

One-night-only concert performance to take place November 12 @ 8pm, 2021 @ Penfield Beach Pavilion in Fairfield, CT

A fantastic selection of songs are featured in this brand new musical revue from shows including Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, Frozen, Once on This Island, Little Shop of Horrors, Into the Woods, Godspell, Ragtime, and many more!

Fairfield Center Stage will be joining thousands of theatrical organizations around the globe by producing their own local production of Music Theatre International’s All Together Now!: A Global Event Celebrating Local Theatre. Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International (MTI) created this Broadway revue for theatres across the globe to use as a celebration of the re-opening of live theatre. Over 2,500 theatres are involved as of today, and will all be performing the show over the same November weekend.


This one-night-only event will take place on Friday Nov 12 @ 8pm @ Penfield Beach Pavilion, 323 Beach Rd. in Fairfield, CT. The show features a local cast of 35 singers and live band performing 15 songs from hit Broadway musicals. The show is helmed by FCS Artistic Director Christy McIntosh-Newsom, with Music Direction by Eli Newsom, and shared Choreography duties by Jennifer Faccenda, Emily Frangipane, Lindsay Johnson, & Kelsey Kaminski.

“We are excited and grateful to be part of this worldwide event celebrating the return of live theatre with performances of MTI’s All Together Now!,” stated Artistic Director Christy McIntosh-Newsom. “The past year and half has been a challenging time for everyone, including arts organizations. To be able to salute the theatre community, both worldwide and locally, by participating in this fantastic revue is a true honor. We hope that our audiences will enjoy seeing some of their favorite Broadway shows performed by some of their favorite local performers, who are ecstatic to be back on stage again!”

Reserved seating tickets are available now and are $35 for front section and $25 for mid/rear sections. The event will also include both a live auction featuring access to exclusive house seats to Broadway shows)). Parking is free in the on-site lot. The approximate running time of the show is 2 hours including one 15-minute intermission.

Covid protocols for this event: for all patrons and personnel (staff, cast, volunteers, etc), FCS will be requiring proof of vaccination along with valid photo ID upon entry, or a negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center. Test results must be dated within 48 hours of the event. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry. Due to the close proximity of the audience, face coverings will be required for all patrons while inside the venue. The fully-vaccinated performers will be unmasked while on stage singing. No food or drink will be allowed inside the venue at this event, however, weather permitting, concessions will be available on the outside rear deck of the pavilion before the show and at intermission.

About the show: All Together Now! is a live concert production that features songs from MTI’s beloved catalogue of musicals including Annie, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Godspell, Into the Woods, Jekyll & Hyde, Little Shop of Horrors, Mamma Mia!, Once on This Island, and many more.

Following All Together Now the 2021/22 season continues with A Christmas Carol Experience, FCS Rocks: David Bowie’s The Rise & Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars, The Color Purple, The SpongeBob Musical, and the 2022 Playathon. Open call auditions are held throughout the season.

Fairfield Center Stage is a local community theater group in Fairfield, CT that utilizes local artists and staff from Fairfield County. Inspired by the concept of environmental theatre, Fairfield Center Stage dedicates its seasons of shows to putting Fairfield “center stage,” by highlighting several of the town’s amazing venues.
