FCC June: "Screen Strong" with Bil Easley

ScreenStrong exists to prevent and reverse childhood screen addiction by empowering families with science-based education, bold solutions, and a community. 

The benefits of childhood screen use do not outweigh the costs. The physical, mental, social, and emotional lives of young people are being negatively affected. Children are becoming prematurely exposed to adult temptations and content through devices they have in their pockets. Parents want to help their kids but feel uninformed, overwhelmed, and often defeated. 

Learning objectives include:

1. Screens effects on teen and young brains
2. Initial detox strategy
3. Long term success
