Join us for a day of nurturing your mind, body and soul in the sublime building and grounds of our Strategic Partner, McClelland Art & Sculpture Gallery. We aim to empower you with practical knowledge and tools for improving your health and wellbeing through expert insights and interactive experiences.

We have a star-studded line up of esteemed professionals in the fields of nutrition, fitness, mental health and holistic practices who will give tools to effectively manage stress management, assist with your nutrition and fitness and mindfulness techniques.

Participate in hands-on workshops designed to translate theory into practice with wellness and health breakout sessions throughout the event.
