FBA Annual Awards Dinner

The Federal Bar Association, Utah Chapter, invites you to attend its Annual Awards Dinner, Thursday, April 16, 2026, Little America Hotel, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Please join with us, whether an FBA member or not, to celebrate this year’s recipients of the Distinguished Service Awards and the Brooke C. Wells Pro Bono Service Award.

• Brooke C. Wells Pro Bono Service Award, Robert O. Rice Shareholder, Ray, Quinney & Nebeker
• Special Service Award, Matthew B. Durrant, Chief Justice, Utah Supreme Court
• Lawyer of the Year – Private Sector, Julianne P. Blanch, Shareholder, Parsons Behle & Latimer
• Lawyer of the Year – Public Sector, Scott Wilson, Federal Public Defender for the District of Utah
• Judge of the Year, Dale A. Kimball, Senior United States District Judge, District of Utah

A cocktail reception will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner and presentation of the awards at 7:00 p.m.
